We hold the cooking classes in a traditional Japanese house. It has traditional guest room matting Tatami and fixed Tokonoma. Students can enjoy a tea ceremony displaying seasonal produce and Japanese flower arrangements.




MENUS
Menus are designed to complement the Japanese seasons and events, and they can range from street food to the haute cuisine of Japanese restaurants. We have plenty of ideas if you need inspiration for cooking at home.
RECIPES
We complete the recipes based on a Japanese restaurant’s menu. Recipes have been chosen that everyone can cook again easily at home.
VEGETABLES
Locally produced vegetables are fresh and healthy and we use local produce as much as possible.We hope you enjoy dishes of locally produced vegetables.
PRIVATE CLASSES
We are also available to teach you and a group of your friends a private cooking class.Students choose the date of their class and the menu they want to learn.
